Who pays for emergency photographer cover?
In some cases, the original photographer may choose to arrange and pay for associate cover. In other cases, the couple may choose to secure cover directly and discuss reimbursement separately with their original photographer.

Emergency wedding photographer cost guide
Emergency associate cover is typically charged from
£700 + reasonable expenses for full-day wedding photography attendance.
If the original photographer is not taking the job back on, post-production may also be required and quoted separately. This can include image selection, editing, online gallery preparation and final delivery.
The fee, handover route and expected deliverables are confirmed before cover is arranged.
